A worked example
A 25-second Reel for baked feta pasta, caption reading only "the only pasta recipe you need 🍝". Nothing usable is written down. On screen, the creator flashes "200g cherry tomatoes", "1 block feta", "3 garlic cloves", "200°C / 25 min", each for under a second.
The extractor returns all four of those as structured fields — three ingredients with quantities plus an oven temperature and time in the method — then adds the steps it observed: tomatoes and feta into the dish, oil and seasoning, roast, crush, fold through drained pasta. That is a recipe you can shop for, which the caption alone never was.
